With a career spanning healthcare, project management, and community casework, she brings a diverse skill set and a strong commitment to serving others.
A Bastrop County resident for more than thirty years, Beca was raised with strong Southern values and a dedication to helping those around her. She spent 18 years in healthcare at Smithville Regional Hospital, where she worked in critical care, ICU, Labor and Delivery, and the Emergency Department. Her experience in these high-demand environments strengthened her compassion, crisis management skills, and ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
Beca later managed large-scale construction projects across Central Texas before returning her focus to community service as a Case Manager with Career Tracks in Smithville. In that role, she has guided individuals in pursuing education and vocational training, helping families gain stability and build brighter futures.
